1 Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the WA Growth browser extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2 Beta Testing & "As Is" Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the Service is currently in a Beta testing phase. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI Limitations: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before sending it. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, misunderstandings, or business losses resulting from the use of such content.

3 Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Send unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or "spam" via WhatsApp.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Meta's Commerce Policies.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or excessively burden our APIs or infrastructure.

Important: We are not responsible if your WhatsApp account is restricted, suspended, or banned by Meta due to your usage patterns.

4 Third-Party Services (WhatsApp & Meta)

WA Growth is an independent tool designed to enhance productivity. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names WhatsApp and Meta, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

5 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
